Urca Strong Honey Ale
Urca is an amber-coloured craft double malt beer produced by I Due Mastri in Montemurlo, province of Prato. It stands out for its pleasant honey aroma and a balanced taste combining sweet and bitter notes. The beer is made with simple, natural ingredients: water, barley malt, chestnut honey, hops, sugar, and yeast. On the palate it’s elegant, with a distinct presence of chestnut honey that is clear without masking other flavours. The finish has a clean bitterness that enhances its structure. We recommend serving Urca between 10° and 12 °C, paired with aged cheeses, cold cuts, and game dishes, to fully appreciate its intense and harmonious character.
