This document is a translation provided for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.
If you are a consumer you have 14 days to change your mind, with the exceptions provided for perishable food goods. Here you will find how to exercise the right and how we handle returns.
1. Withdrawal period
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without having to give a reason (Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, Codice del Consumo, D.Lgs. 206/2005).
To exercise it, a written notice to feliceagricoltura@gmail.com with the order number and the products concerned is sufficient.
2. Exclusions provided by law
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods liable to deteriorate rapidly: fresh pasta, eggs, seasonal fruit and vegetables (Article 59 of the Codice del Consumo).
Nor does it apply, for hygiene reasons, to sealed products opened after delivery, such as jars of vegetables in oil and of jams once unsealed.
3. Returns and costs
The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal. Return costs are borne by you, unless the error is ours or the product is defective.
The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the goods, using the same means of payment used for the purchase.
4. Damaged or wrong product
If the parcel arrives damaged, accept it with reservation and send us a photo within 48 hours: we will replace the product or refund the amount, shipping costs included.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the two-year legal guarantee provided for consumer goods applies.
