Payments and security

This document is a translation provided for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.
We accept cards, PayPal, bank transfer and cash on collection. We neither process nor store your card details.
1. Accepted methods
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe; PayPal; bank transfer in advance; cash on collection at the farm.
For bank transfers the order is prepared once the funds have actually been credited: you can send us the receipt to speed things up.
2. Security of payment data
Card payments take place on the payment provider’s secure pages, with strong customer authentication (SCA/3D Secure). We receive only the outcome of the transaction and the last four digits of the card.
The connection to the site is encrypted with a TLS certificate.
3. Invoicing
We issue a sales receipt (documento commerciale) for all orders. If you need an invoice, enter your tax code (codice fiscale), VAT number (partita IVA) and SDI recipient code (codice destinatario SDI) at checkout: the electronic invoice is transmitted within 12 days.
