We process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). This notice explains which data we collect, why, and for how long we keep them.

2. Data processed and purposes
Contact details and address: to fulfil the order, ship it and meet tax obligations (legal basis: contract and legal obligation).
Email: to send you communications about the order and, only with your consent, the newsletter with news from the farm.
Telephone number: to notify you on WhatsApp of the status of the order, only if you gave explicit consent at the time of purchase. You can withdraw it at any time.
Browsing data: aggregate statistics on the use of the site, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping it working and secure.
3. Recipients
The data are disclosed only to those we need in order to complete the service: courier, payment provider, email delivery service, accountant and hosting provider, all appointed as data processors.
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes.
4. Retention
Order data and tax documents: 10 years, as required by law. Newsletter data: until consent is withdrawn. Technical logs: 12 months at most.
5. Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time by writing to feliceagricoltura@gmail.com.
If you believe the processing infringes the GDPR you can lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian Data Protection Authority).
