Terms and conditions of sale

Last updated: 16 September 2026

This document is a translation provided for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.

These conditions govern the distance selling of the products in our online shop. By purchasing you accept the terms described here: we recommend that you save a copy.

1. The seller

The seller is Società Agricola Felice Agricoltura S.S., a società semplice (simple partnership under Italian law) with its registered office at Piazza Castello 1, 59013 Montemurlo (PO), VAT number (partita IVA) and tax code (codice fiscale) 02353800978, entered in the Prato Companies Register (Registro delle Imprese di Prato) under no. REA PO 527202 since 21 January 2016, certified email (PEC) feliceagricolturass@pec.it, email feliceagricoltura@gmail.com, telephone 335 8372623.

The products are grown and processed on our farm and certified organic by the control body CQ, code IT BIO 014 — 12788. The exception is the eggs, which come from free-range hens but are not certified organic.

2. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation email. Until then the order is an offer to purchase and we may decline it, for example if a product is sold out or the delivery details are incomplete.

Every order is numbered: the number must always be quoted in communications.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are in euros and include VAT at the statutory rate; shipping costs are shown separately before payment.

As this is agricultural production, quantities are limited and seasonal. If a product turns out to be unavailable after the order, we will let you know and refund the undelivered part within 14 days.

4. Food products and storage

Fresh products (fresh pasta, eggs) have a short shelf life and are not shipped: they are bought for collection at the farm, by telephone appointment.

Ingredients, allergens, batch and best-before date are shown on the label and on the product page.

5. Complaints and jurisdiction

Any complaint should be sent to feliceagricoltura@gmail.com. We reply within 5 working days.

For consumers, the competent court is that of their place of residence or domicile. The European Commission’s European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform is also available.
