Tarallini with Raisins and Onion

The Tarallini with Raisins and Onion are a crunchy and flavoursome snack made with simple, natural ingredients at our farm in Montemurlo, Tuscany. The recipe combines the sweetness of raisins with the mild taste of onion, enhanced by a touch of white wine that highlights the flavour. They are prepared using type "0" Verna flour, extra virgin olive oil, high oleic sunflower oil, raisins (5%) and chopped onion (1%), without any artificial preservatives. These tarallini are perfect as a starter or to accompany aperitifs and snacks at any time of the day. Store in a cool, dry place to preserve their aroma and crunch. The 250 g bag is convenient and ideal to bring with you an authentic taste of artisanal Tuscan product.
