Skim Rosato Toscana 2023

Skim Rosato Toscana 2023 is a rosé wine made from Canaiolo, Ciliegiolo and Sangiovese grapes grown using biodynamic methods. The grapes come from vines over 20 years old and undergo a short maceration on the stems, partly whole cluster. Fermentation takes place spontaneously without added sulphites; the wine is unfiltered and unfined to preserve its authentic character. This Tuscan rosé comes in a 750 ml bottle with a cork stopper. It's a niche product for those who look for a natural wine with a bold character and an environmentally respectful production. Pairs well with light dishes or tasty aperitifs, best served cool but not too cold.
