Geólí Rosso di Toscana
Geólí Rosso di Toscana is a wine made from round-leaf Sangiovese grapes grown biodynamically on 30-year-old vines. It is produced in Montemurlo, near Prato in Tuscany, an area known for its quality and character in red wines. The winemaking process excludes added yeasts, uses concrete tanks, and involves no filtration. This approach keeps added sulphites very low, preserving the wine's authentic traits. The result is a red typical of Tuscan tradition, suitable to accompany meats, aged cheeses, and regional dishes. Geólí comes in a 750 ml bottle with a colourful label and screw cap, practical for those looking for an authentic Tuscan wine respectful of natural growing methods.
