Aura Toscana Bianco

Aura Toscana Bianco is a white wine from Tuscany made from Trebbiano, San Colombano and Malvasia del Chianti grapes harvested from vines older than 50 years, cultivated with biodynamic methods. Vineyard work and winemaking techniques follow a natural approach, with fermentation only using indigenous yeasts and maturation without filtration for 6 months. This fine and elegant wine comes in a 750 ml bottle with a screw cap closure, ideal to pair with fish dishes, white meat and light starters. The product is from Azienda Agricola Poggio di Cicignano in Montemurlo (Prato) and is certified organic as stated on the label. Aura Toscana Bianco has a low sulphite content and an alcohol level of 12.5%, a choice made for those seeking an authentic wine connected to Tuscan territory and sustainable farming practices.
