Eggplant Fillets

Felice Agricoltura's Eggplant Fillets are made with eggplants grown and processed in Montemurlo, in the province of Prato. Preserved in sunflower seed oil and olive oil with a touch of white wine vinegar, lemon juice, and flavours like oregano, garlic, and chilli, they are a versatile product of Tuscan cuisine. This 390 ml jar contains eggplant fillets with a drained weight of 130 grams, ready to be used as an appetizer, in salads, on crostini, or as an accompaniment to meat or fish dishes. The product is packaged following the traditional recipe and guaranteed by the local farm.
