Delizia di Carciofi

Delizia di Carciofi is a flavoursome cream made from fresh artichokes and simple ingredients like garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt, chilli and capers. It is prepared by the farm Felice Agricoltura in Montemurlo, in the Prato area of Tuscany. This artichoke cream comes in a 212 ml glass jar with a net weight of 190 grams. It is ideal for enriching starters, bruschetta or first courses, offering an intense and fragrant taste typical of extra virgin olive oil and local artichokes. After opening, keep the jar refrigerated and consume within 12 months from bottling.
