Borlotti beans are dried legumes cultivated directly at our farm in Montemurlo, near Prato. They have the typical light colour with dark red speckles characteristic of the Borlotto variety. Sold loose but carefully selected and cleaned, ready to use in your cooking. These beans are ideal for soups, broths, and traditional Tuscan side dishes thanks to their creamy texture and delicate flavour suited to many recipes.
