The Happy Wine

The Rosè di Rocca is born

Harvesting and pruning are done by hand to ensure the quality of the product. The blend is based on  Ciliegiolo and Cannaiolo Nero to which is addedSangiovese.

More than a Rosé, a dazzling ruby like the precious stone. With the intensity and sweetness
of its fruits thanks to the magical combination of Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo, Canaiolo
soothes them with its softness and elegance.

  • Grapes: Canaiolo Nero 40% Ciliegiolo 40% Sangiovese 20%
  • Vinification: Directly pressed, fermentation in wooden barrels, aging in cement tanks, with indigenous yeasts and manual punch-downs.
  • Aging: No aging
  • Pairings: White meats, cold cuts and cheeses, and raw fish.
  • Serving temperature: 9-15 °C

Always open in advance, biodynamic wines are not ready-to-drink wines.
