being consumed over several days because it stays fragrant for a long time thanks to sourdough and long fermentation.

Bread that is naturally very flavorful, especially the crust, like eating a biscuit
leavened with sourdough for 72 hours
Whole wheat bread suitable for everyday consumption with a delicate flavor, it is highly digestible thanks to its low gluten content and long leavening time.

Wholemeal Dough Mixed Ancient Grains
Around September we will also start producing this last type, which will be a perfect combination of the 3 grains we produce, so that it captures the best qualities of the three flours.
